All sales are final, and Jannat Star does not offer any money-back guarantees. You acknowledge and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase except as outlined below.
Upon receiving the product(s), you have 14 days to inspect the items for any defects, faults, or errors. If you identify any issues, you must notify us in writing within these 14 days and clearly state your intention to return the product(s), along with the reason for the return.
If you fail to notify us within this 14-day window, we are under no obligation to accept a return or issue a refund. However, in certain cases and at our sole discretion, we may still agree to accept the return under specific terms, which will be communicated to you in writing.
If a product is returned for any reason other than a fault or misdescription, and we agree to accept the return, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount from the refund. This deduction will be determined at our sole discretion. We will inform you of any such deduction and the final refund amount before processing any payment.
